Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of OurSecret, operated by [OurSecret Ltd.]. By applying for membership you agree to them.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. Membership is offered by application and may be declined or revoked at our discretion. One account per person.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your information, for keeping your password confidential, and for activity on your account. The photograph and details you submit must be genuine and your own.

Acceptable use

You agree to follow our Community Guidelines. You will not impersonate others, harass members, solicit money, post unlawful or explicit content involving minors, or use the service for any commercial purpose.

Membership, billing & cancellation

• OurSecret offers a free Applicant tier and paid memberships (Member from $48/month and Concierge).
• Paid memberships are recurring subscriptions that renew automatically each month until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime from Control → Membership; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices are shown before purchase.

Content

You retain ownership of what you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host and display it for the purpose of operating the service. We may remove content that violates these terms.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Control. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or endanger other members.

Disclaimers & liability

OurSecret facilitates introductions but does not conduct criminal background checks and is not responsible for the conduct of any member. Use good judgement; see our Safety page. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and our liability is limited.
